Doors Open Kingston | 'Great Canadian Women [ Tech]'

Kingston women have played an important role in the development of the city and the evolution of Canada. Numerous Kingston women leaders, artists and visionaries have made their mark on Canada – and their legacies have shaped Kingston and the nation. During Doors Open Kingston, visit a variety of sites throughout the city as they open their doors to the public to showcase amazing architecture and design, historical collections and a glimpse inside Kingston's landmark buildings.

The historic Portsmouth Village features the Town Hall, which for many years was the centre of the villages’ vibrant community. In partnership with the City of Kingston, Innovate Kingston was founded in 2015, offering entrepreneurs free event and non-permanent co-working space in the newly-renovated 150-year old landmark in the heart of Portsmouth Village.

iK is offering public guided tours, as well as access to our tech-ecosystem by hosting 2 1.5hr Creative Computing Workshops in collaboration with SudoLabs. Tour our historic building, learn what we are doing to support tech-businesses in Kingston and beyond! Join us as we feature some of our tech-ecosystems most talent females working in the Kingston community!
