New to the tech start-up world, Innovate Kingston acted as the catalyst for transforming my entrepreneurial ideas into real-life solutions. Working with iK has allowed my team to discover the limitless potential for collaboration, networking, and expansion within Kingston. In doing so, we have been able to build tight-knit partnerships, both on professional and personal levels, all which have facilitated our integration into the public and private sectors of the community. We attribute our rapidly growing success to the support and direction of Innovate Kingston and are excited to evolve with their growing ecosystem for years to come.
Innovate Kingston has been an amazing resource and partner for all of our events. Each event we’ve hosted with them has been such a success due to their friendly staff and their commitment to the Kingston tech community. The team is supportive of all our endeavours and planning events with them at their Town Hall could not be any easier. Even the Town Hall space itself is perfect for our workshops; we’ve previously received feedback from attendees stating the Town hall is an excellent space, and the atmosphere is wonderful. We’re so happy to have iK as a partner and to aide in their mission of developing Kingston into an Innovation Hub.

The City of Kingston has established a great partnership with Innovate Kingston over the last few years, as we work towards a shared vision to build world-class technology firms right here in our community. iK has played a vital role in helping to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, and generate new jobs and investment in the local tech sector. Thanks to the iK-City partnership, the old Portsmouth Town Hall has been transformed into a leading edge incubator space for technology startups. As a city we depend on strong partnerships across the community to push forward our goals and I’m proud of the things we’ve accomplished together with iK. I look forward to continuing to work together to encourage innovation in every sphere of our community as we build a smart 21st century city.
