An entrepreneurial event coming next spring hopes to break Kingston out to the world as an innovation capital, and City of Kingston staff would like city council to help out.
“It’s an event that is not only going to be celebrating the past, but also celebrate the future of innovation here in Kingston,” Mayor Bryan Paterson said. “Our motto is ‘Where history and innovation thrive,’ so we’ve talked about events and celebrations here in Kingston that again can point to our rich history but also look forward and help to brand Kingston as a leader in innovation, new technology and new ways of doing things.”
